Refund Policy

- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- Frozen delivery products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- If the package is returned due to the customer's absence, the frozen products will be discarded and will not be refunded.
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:
- Refrigerated or frozen items
- Items showing signs of use
We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the following reasons after the delivery has been completed:
- Mistaken order
- Incorrect address provided
- Failure to retrieve frozen products in a timely manner after doorstep delivery
