Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2023

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Frozen delivery products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • If the package is returned due to the customer's absence, the frozen products will be discarded and will not be refunded.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:

  • Refrigerated or frozen items
  • Items showing signs of use

We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the following reasons after the delivery has been completed:

  • Mistaken order
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Failure to retrieve frozen products in a timely manner after doorstep delivery
